Located in Saint-Chamassy, Dordogne in the heart of the Périgord Noir and just five minutes from Le Bugue and all local amenities our holiday cottages enjoy an ideal setting for exploring the region’s must see destinations, such as Sarlat-la-Canéda, Les Eyzies, Beynac-et-Cazenac, La Roque-Gageac, and Domme, all while offering a peaceful, unspoiled environment.
Each cottage features private parking, a garden with a barbecue, and access to shared facilities, including pétanque courts, table tennis, outdoor games, and 7,500 m² of woodland where you can unwind in tranquility. Nature lovers will also appreciate the hiking trails starting right from the property, the nearby greenway, and a pleasant pebble beach just a five minute drive or a ten-minute bike ride away.

Your stay includes everything you need to make the most of your getaway: bed linen, towel sets, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Practical information:
- ANCV holiday vouchers (Connect or paper format) are accepted for payment of your stay.
- Our quality and hygiene protocol may require a heating period after the Jacuzzi water has been completely changed, ensuring the temperature is ideal for you to fully enjoy your wellness area.

High-quality, personalized breakfast
For overnight stays, a personalized breakfast is included. For multi-night stays, this option can be selected separately or included in your all-inclusive package. It will be waiting outside your door from 8:30 AMdelivered discreetly so you can start your day at a leisurely pace. Complimentary coffee and tea (or herbal infusions) are also available in your kitchen throughout your stay.

Meals & Treats
For your evenings, treat yourself to our meal options, designed to be enjoyed right in your gîte.
Dinner menu starting at €60 for two people, including a half-bottle of wine of your choice (37.5cl), a baguette, dessert, and service. Your meal is delivered before your arrival so you can make the most of your getaway. (Reservations required 72 hours in advance; all items are local and homemade):
– Gourmet Sharing Platter (September to June): Artisanal local cured meats and a selection of aged cheeses.
– Winter Gourmet Sharing Platter (October to March): Cured meats, house-style roasted Camembert, and baby potatoes.
