Each cottage has private parking, indicated by signs made by us from recycled wood to respect the environment. Through our many oak trees, you will enjoy a shared landscaped garden and several relaxation areas: a reading corner, petanque court, ping-pong table, lovers’tree… We offer personalized services, to be defined at the time of your reservation.
5 minute drive from Le Bugue, all amenities and close to essential visits, our cottages are located in the town of Saint-Chamassy (24220) only 28km from Sarlat-la-Caneda (24200) and 45km from Bergerac (24200) and Périgueux (24000).

For nightly rentals, the price ranges from 195€ to 245€ depending on the gite; this includes the cleaning fee, rental of sheets, a set of towels, 2in1 shower gel and bathrobes as well as personalized and quality breakfast ; a form is to be completed for the choice of this one, and will be sent to you once the reservation has been made. This breakfast service is only available at the overnight rate. A 10% discount will be offered for all reservations of 3 nights and more.
For weekly rental, to lighten your suitcases and allow you to settle in quickly, we offer the rental of sheets and towels through our partner Elis*, thus guaranteeing quality and hygiene. On your arrival the beds will be made and the towels will be available (1 bath sheets + 1 hand towels per person + 2 bathmats per cottage); all you have to do is settle in and enjoy. * Please note that it is quite possible that the jacuzzi will only be usable from the day after your arrival in order to respect the water quality and hygiene protocol. Thank you for your understanding.
In both cases, cushions, mattresses, and duvets will be at your disposal and we will take care of cleanliness in compliance with health regulations; this will allow you to feel calm and safe!
A security deposit of €500 to €750 depending on the chosen cottage will be requested and returned at the end of the rental.

Whether per night or per week, we offer different dinner formulas from €60 for two including ½ bottle of 37.5cl wine of your choice (red, white, rosé), bread, dessert and delivery service included. Deposited before your arrival in order to take full advantage of your gîte (to be confirmed 72 hours before your arrival, everything is local and homemade):
– 100% local Périgord Noir Tapas Board duo (all year round); Composed of various and varied charcuterie according to arrival (Foie gras, dried duck breast, Italian coppa, etc.) as well as an assortment of cheeses (Echourgnac trapdoor and fresh goat cheese). * For toddlers: Périgord Noir Tapas board for only €30 for 2 (up to 8 years old depending on the children’s appetite).
– Duo Planche Hivernale and its roasted Camembert (from October to March); Composed of charcuterie, its roasted Camembert “Au Chai des Gouyates” style and its baby potatoes.

Stéphanie, specialized in massages and aromatherapy for more than 10 years, offers you a moment of well-being adapted to your needs in your holiday home.
Her massages are practiced with her own preparations based on essential and vegetable oils, 100% organic certified and natural. To optimize relaxation and well being the massages are with music at high vibrational frequency.
